Shipping Rates and Policies

SHIPPING COSTS:

Shipping is INCLUDED on all items.  If the order is within Wisconsin, 5.5% sales tax will be added to the order at checkout.  There are no additional handling or order fees added **EXCEPT** there is an $8 charge per item for orders shipped to these States with high shipping fees:  Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Washington.
This fee is to help defray the higher shipping costs.  This is per case...I'm sorry to add this fee but it has become necessary with the shipping charges to these areas. 

We do NOT ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.  We do NOT ship out of the Continental US.

All orders are shipped by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground in the continental United States.  We reserve the right to decide which carrier we will ship with.   We do NOT ship by US Mail and therefore cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

All items are shipped by ground.

All items are shipped in "plain box(es)" for your privacy.

Orders will be processed within the next business day on in-stock items.  If the item is out of stock, we will notify you with an estimated shipping date by e-mail.

Estimated shipping time is 2-5 business days depending on your location. Total estimated arrival of your purchase from date of order until delivery is 3-6 business days.

 

RETURNS:

We are committed to ensuring you that all our products meet the highest of quality standards.  If any items are received in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately (within 5 days of delivery).  We will immediately replace any damaged merchandise or refund the damaged portion of your order.

We cannot be responsible for customers errors when ordering.  There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns and customer is responsible for the shipping fees to return the items to us. We can only accept full unopened cases for returns.  Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in good condition in order to be refunded.  Refund amount will be based on the actual cost of item (we cannot refund shipping costs incurred to send the products which are included in all listed prices). 

Please contact us before you return any item for instructions and return authorization.

If we have made an error on your order, please let us know within 10 days of receiving the order.  We will ship the correct item immediately and pick up the incorrect item at no additional cost to you.

No returns accepted after 30 days of receipt of the order.

FREE SAMPLES:

We do encourage our customers to request samples!  If you are unsure of the proper size and style (which is very important for user's comfort and leakage control) PLEASE request samples.  The cases are non returnable once opened (see return policy above).  We offer 2 FREE samples per customer and will work with you to find the best fit and product for your needs.
